How do you ensure your products are authentic?

All our products are authenticated by our in‑house professional authenticators with over 10 years of experience. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be counterfeit, we offer a lifetime return policy.
How do you define the condition of items?

• Brand New

Completely new, never used, no noticeable flaws, hardware fully protected, manufactured within the past three years.

• Unused

Never used, no noticeable flaws, no signs of wear.

• Pristine

No obvious flaws or signs of use; may have very slight storage marks.

• Excellent

Slight imperfections such as fine hardware scratches or minor corner wear, with minimal signs of use.

• Great
Visible light imperfections such as minor hardware scratches or corner scuffs, with normal signs of use.

• Good

Visible flaws, normal signs of use; may have been cleaned or repaired.

• Fair

Noticeable flaws and obvious signs of use; may have been cleaned or repaired.
